Welcome to No Doubt Cargo Movers (www.nodoubtmovers.in). By booking our relocation, transport, warehousing, or logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Estimation & Survey Clauses

All quotes provided initially are based on the list of items provided by the customer during online submission, phone calls, or digital checklists. If, during physical loading, the volume of goods, number of cartons, or weight of cargo exceeds the initial list, additional charges will be added to the final bill. We recommend scheduling an accurate virtual survey before shifting day.

2. Liability & Excluded Goods

We take absolute care in packing and moving your cargo. However, our teams will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss relating to the following items which are strictly excluded from our cargo manifests:

• Loose cash, checkbooks, financial bonds, or deeds.
• Gold jewelry, silver items, diamonds, or other valuable ornaments.
• Personal mobile phones, laptops, tablets, or keys (must be carried personally).
• Combustible liquids, firecrackers, ammunition, gas cylinders, and corrosive chemicals.

3. Payment Policies

For household shifting, payment terms are as follows unless explicitly specified in a written corporate agreement:

• A booking confirmation amount may be requested to block vehicle dates (if applicable).
• 80% of the total estimated amount must be paid on shifting day immediately after packing is completed and before the container leaves the origin spot.
• The remaining 20% balance must be paid immediately upon arrival of the vehicle at the destination and before unloading/unpacking begins.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

4. Transit Insurance and Damage Claims

In the event of road accidents, fire, or transit damage, claim values will be settled based on the terms of the transit insurance policy purchased. Customers must declare high-value goods (like luxury paintings, expensive electronic displays) separately during booking. Claims for minor scratches on un-insured goods or modular items disassembled by third parties are not entertained.

5. Delays & Postponements

While we make every effort to deliver cargo within scheduled hours, delays due to highway closures, heavy monsoon waterlogging, state strikes, border clearance issues, or natural disasters are out of our control. We are not liable for direct or indirect compensation costs resulting from transit delays under force majeure.
